Return policy

All products are inspected before delivery and shipped undamaged. We will carefully pack your products in a delivery box so that they reach you undamaged and in their original packaging. Inspect the goods received immediately. In accordance with Article 37 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to immediately reject the courier who delivered the goods in the event of any damage to the product that occurred during transport. So do not accept the product. You and the courier fill out the complaint record, which is the basis for resolving the complaint. Based on this, we will replace the damaged product with a new one. You can inform us about the complaint directly at the email address info@drasyagrafy.com, so that the matter will be resolved as quickly as possible.
The returned product must be intact, packed in the original packaging and must contain all original accessories, must be in an unchanged quantity and without any traces of use. The mandatory attachment for the return is the customer’s information (name, address, e-mail, contact number, order number and invoice number for the refund). The provider will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Please noted that return will not be reimbursed. Provider does not accept COD (cash on delivery) packages.
